The camraise academy awards (CAMACA) in its 2nd editions made way for the
discovery of young and dynamic talents across the entertainment industry in Cameroon
as a whole. The award recognised the works of arts in the field of music comedy
movie fashion and in the special category. Noted in the award was the movie the
testament.
Picking up four awards in the CAMACA Awards
2020, in the movie category Being Best
Feature Movie of the Year, Best Actress in the Same Movie, Best Movie Director and
Best Screenplay All with the Movie “THE
TESTAMENT”. The movie “THE

Born in Momo Division of the North West
region of Cameroon precisely from ASHONG
village in Batibo Subdivision, TIKUM
TITUS AKURO is the son of the famous photographer in Batibo Subdivision popularly
known as PA BEN. Currently the founder and chief executive officer of DIPFA ENTERTAINMENT which is engaged in
both in and outdoor photography, film theatre, video music production and
documentaries which doubles as the focal point for CINEMA and film production
in the North WEST REGION.
As a movie Director TIKUM TITUS AKURO effectively began his journey in the movie
industry in 2004 acting as the assistant director to the movie kibaba. He has written and directed movies in the likes
of; Early Sunset, Emancipate Yourself
From Slavery, Atonement Calabash, The Benefactor, The Award Winning Movie The Testament
And BLIND MISSION currently in premiere across major cities of the country.
TIKUM TITUS AKURO currently is the
organizing secretary of the Cameroon film industry CFI.
